Hi guys, In a fast-moving world, we are always in a hurry to wake up in the morning to do our daily tasks from getting ready for office or our business place, etc. It is due to COVID 19 we have physical rest as we are not able to move outside freely but with some precaution. I have come across an article in Harvard business review that one-minute silence is helpful before all critical tasks or activities.
We in corporate world meetings to have the practice of check-in by individual clearing what going on in the past so that now new meetings or discussions can be started with a fresh mind and new set up of mind.
