Hi Guys, I have come across many mails for resume services which create my curiosity about Resume Writing.
My resume I believe is a document that depicts me, my skillset and what I have done in past, and what is my potential for the future.
How other people and agencies know about me more than me even if I provide them all info.
Hence I have tried to pen down key points which can be considered for preparing a resume without paying a considerable amount to anyone.
Pl find below my views on resume writing
The resume is not a matrimonial proposal and requires only a few things which a prospective employer intent to know for their vacant position.
My resume in my view includes mainly the following details.
1. My name and other details show me as a trustworthy or genuine person.
2. Resume can show our basic and higher education if any.
3. Resume can add to my Professional competency means what sort of professional job or assignment I have done in past and in which companies.
4. My personal ( Behavioral competencies and Professional strengths and my achievements if any and what value I can add.
5. Our core expectation from probable Employer.
Including all the above in a Single page or max 2 is the main purpose in Resume preparation.
