Hold yourself accountable for all the things happening with you and happen will you in the future course of time.

Make a plan to expand your comfort zone gradually means the task required for your personal and professional growth is required to be started slowly and steadily which presently you are avoiding.
Step 4
Your plan shall consist of small steps you are going to follow in the next seven days, next fifteen days and next twentyone days as it is a proven analogy that habits start changing after 21 days. Hence plan for a minimum of 21 days to be prepared.
Step 5
Remain positive during this phase as you have to consciously required to put effort as stress level and anxiety will increase than earlier and the same is normal.
Step 6
Take help from your close one as the same maybe your family member, your boss, your peers so that he can remind you that you have committed to do the same as per your will.
