Hi , Guys it has been written in various management books and guided by our ancient gurus that every individual is a unique identity and have unique skill set gifted by Almighty and we need to identify the unique trait or quality blessed to us by God.
This belief of mine has been strengthened by seeing new movie name Shakuntla the human computer. The role of Shakuntla is played by versatile actress Vidya Balan the lady who is my favorite actress whom I met personally at a event in Mumbai last year. It is being shown in movie that the girl Shakuntla Devi born in poor south Indian family has not got any formal school education but having a very sharp mathematical acumen since birth and same discovered by her father when she was five year old. Later she traveled to entire world and demonstrate the power of her mathematical instinct and achieved various awards and laurels for self and country.
It is seen from above example that God has divested unique qualities to every individual and we should try to explore those qualities and try to develop same further with passion to do something for self and others.
We as individual try explore what are the task and areas we are good at. What is our micronich means which subtle feelings of doing something which we good at and find certain things which motivates and persuades us to do something which we are not aware. Let’s try to find the criteria to identify as below.
- Something which fascinates us and prompt us to do an activity which is close to our heart.
- Any activity of pleasure which must be followed by a purpose.
- Something we want do even if we are not paid for that task.
- Something which we like to do even when not praised by anyone.
- What is our interest what we want to do and thought of doing very often
