Hi Guys , We often talk of team work , collaboration , stakeholders and what not, The role of leadership is above all , A great leader can able to inculcate the required values in himself first than in team.
A team cannot win a match without a leader or a captain, That’s why every team is led by a leader or captain even in some sports allow a nonplaying captain who even not in game can guide the team.
Hence focus on leadership qualities shall be an area to be focused and required in specifically for India where most of the time these values are not often seen not because people don’t want to learn but they are not been taught. People are often become a task performer instead of role performer.
