Hi Guys ,
we need to make a habit of seeing bigger puncture instead of searching of immediate gratification so that by adopting not so good practice in India.

The Biggest customer Foe behavior I have often seen and informed by group of people to me during my interaction to find out customer services ststus in India for some essential but free and not able to available to common men.

Every fuelling station in India as per norms is supposed to maintain basic amenities like washroom , free air filling and other services.
it is to my surprise that more than 70 percent of fuel station in India is not maintaining air pump for Ttyre pressure which is safety requirements also secondly washroom facility required by our mother and sisters is not being maintained at about app. 40 % of pumps as we want to save some money at the cost of someone’s life and Dignity…

Boss , We can not develop with this mentality of well to do people of India who are maintaining the fuel pump outlet under heir ownership.
Do money is more important than our life and Dignity.
we have marketing team also for thise outlet who are auditing these fueling stations at a particular frequency.

How many layers of protection and checks fails you can very well think.
