Hi Guys, Today I am going to touch on a very sensitive topic that may hurt many due to their own ignorance..
Nowadays we keep on listening much about a Villain of Industry sometimes called demon in Global Industry as BIG BOSS.
A lot of people writing that they have left jobs due to that creature known as Boss.
Hope all the persons eulogizing this tales must have been in every rung of organization means at various level.
Now the first question is that Do Boss is an alien who came from another planet..
No, we are all among that community.
Every person who is criticizing his boss must be a boss for so many team members.
Do we are all having some property disputes with our bosses or the last birth backlog? Very Big No. No..No..
Boss is also a humble creature who has to reply and update to the next level about targets and progress update. Boss is having bigger responsibility and accountability than you.
He is the person accountable for all bullshit that you do on a day in day out basis.
Criticizing any other person or situation is very easy but resolving the same required patience and technical knowledge.
I am not defending any person who is of bad mouth, selfish, wants to take your credit but this is only not happening in the workplace but happens in your home, society, club etc.
Its your prerogative to understand big boss an you have to make peace with same by applying behavior
