Hi Guys , today I am going to focus on very important aspect of life which I came to know from my own journey of corporate life and discussion held with corporate leaders in respective domain. It is felt that the Learning is inevitable activity of individuals life which needs to be focused irrespective of your industry type and your position in the organization.

I have find that organizations and individual who grow far ahead than their peers are the once who keep learning and motivate their teams and make a culture of learning in their ventures and organizations , Learning something new which they are not aware earlier for the task they are performing . Knowing something related to your avocation which you are not aware is the recipe for growth.

The awareness of learning is not much in terms of population of India as compared available employable population. I am pro bono consulting some start ups voluntarily and find the people required for a definitive skill set are still not available easily in India where we are having lot of people looking for jobs and work assignments.

India is blessed with a huge pool of talent which is not ready to be utilized for fast growth of individual as well as for companies.
The thrust for learning will leads to oppertunity for those who has vast experience and incite of respective domain to shared with the mass who have degrees but not having skill and competence to perform the job or venture they are trying for.

In India we don’t want to learn but earn which is not possible. It is very very clear that earning without learning is not possible.
Hence the person who want to grow in any field of life needs to have a learning plan for himself and try to identify the source of learning and people or other sources which can supplement them with knowledge which they are looking for.

At last it is sure that individual growth in respective field is depend upon pace of learning you are going on and growth in earning without learning is not possible.Secondly learning has a direct correlation with growth of individual and companies. Lot many organization in India realized this facts and start spearheaded the drive but that drive is still lacking on part of individuals. Hence learning drive by individuals needs to be the key focus area of individuals growth in personal and professional life.
