Importance of Mission or Vision for an Initiative

Hi Guys, I was just observing that many people in India are moving towards start-ups and helping society or doing their own ventures. Just some days back I have seen similar info on LI that some person has left the job and started his own venture.

I congratulate him as usual and just given my usual advice to have the right vision and mission in place which is to be owned himself and after that, I just try to have a look at his website link and I was surprised to see that mission or vision are nowhere mentioned on the website. I want to request all Indian Entrepreneurs and start guys that, try to understand the importance of the vision or mission of your venture or initiatives as going far or consistent is difficult without a relevant mission and vision, which should every time reverberates in your mind.

Having a clear and visible mission and vision for your initiatives will make you focused and guides you to follow a birds-eye view of your imagination, not a horse-eye view.

Horse eye view is also important and very much required up to a certain level but bird eye view is required for guys looking for a great journey and to drive the initiatives in an innovative way.
