My Experience with Acupuncture Treatment
Hi Guys, let’s discuss how the programming of our mind helps to improve health-related issues also by having a spirit what next now if the previous solution is not working. Sometime we fed up with some issues which is bothering us and we are not able to get solution and we are not able to take some maiden steps to resolve same. My experience to face and overcome similar scenario is detailed below.
The story started when I started playing badminton with my younger colleagues and we used to play badminton like a fun game and in the form of a mild health exercise where two to six players can play badminton together with our own framed rules. After playing for six months one fine day I found pain in my elbow which I tried to get rid of by applying moov and similar ointment but that has not worked. Then I consulted some physiotherapists who gave me medicine and recommended rest is the best therapy. After a number of visits to physicians and physiotherapists, the issue of tennis elbow was not resolved. I read a lot on tennis elbow and came to know that rest and abstaining from activity by that hand is the ultimate forward path to tackle this issue.
Ultimately I was planning to search out some other therapist as I was not able to get any permanent cure till than. Then I saw an email from our admin team that an acupressure therapist is scheduled to visit our hospital. I never heard about this treatment, unlike ayurvedic and homeopathy. As a curious child l visited the hospital and found a doctor named Diksha is sitting over there as an acupuncture specialist. I asked about her qualification and came to know that she is a proper graduate in Acupuncture and completed her three-year Degree course in acupuncture and planning to pursue her post-graduation for further specialization.
